Electrolytic copper is melted while it is added. The molten copper water has no conditions for full reduction. The whole melting process and copper water production process cannot be isolated from oxygen, so the oxygen content is very high. The fuel for molten copper is generally gas, which will directly affect the treatment of chemical composition of copper liquid in the process of gas combustion, such as sulfur and hydrogen. During the process of turning molten copper into solid by the crystallization wheel of the casting machine, oxygen isolation cannot be carried out, so a second large amount of oxygen absorption is carried out during the casting process.
Due to various factors, the temperature is not easy to control. The temperature of ingot entering the rolling mill is required to be controlled at 850 ℃. The greater the upper and lower deviation, the greater the impact on the quality of copper rod, and some problems in a certain link will affect the temperature control.
